This is a beautiful bamboo cutting board, although I don’t use it for cutting. I have quartz countertops and never put anything hot on there, especially a crockpot which would damage the counter, so I put this on the counter under the crockpot and know that it will be protected. I also have a larger size that I use for the same reason, to protect the countertop when I need to put hot foods out for a party. Great product at a great price. It’s a high quality product, well made and seems to be very durable…I would recommend this item.

Very large and heavy, which wouldn't be a problem but handles aren't the best. Also, leaves lots of cut marks with top end knives on big pieces of meat. Cuts on board will lead to shorter life. Good for cheap board outside. Not for fine cooking inside.
