Super beautiful, solid and extremely well packed. The toilet. has great options for water use and is comfortable, quiet and flushes forcefully. The Assembly was easy, but the unit is quite solid and heavy.The wonderful thing is the 21 inch height is wonderful and there are no more issues getting up. The plastic seat is good but I will replace with wooden one in near future.My next review will be in 6 months!

This toilet is amazing sturdy and the build quality is suburb. The push button flush assembly is the best thing Iâ€™ve seen on a modern toilet. The soft close seat is comfortable. NOTE: I did not use the included wax ring. Rather, I used the One-n-Done non-wax ring! Do yourself a favor, and purchase this for this toilet or any toilet, to make installation easier and cleaner.You can acquire it here on Amazon>>> You will need a new supply line. The manufacturer does not include one, with the toilet.I went with a braided line, acquired at LOWES, and Iâ€™m glad I picked up a 20â€ line, since the water toilet water supply spigot was lower on the wall, and the toilet is 21â€ tall.

This toilet is really great. Super high quality, excellent design that stays very clean compared to the previous toilet I had, excellent dual flush without being loud. One little piece of advice - if you think you want a taller toilet, you should definitely try one before buying. It's easier on my old knees, but I'm 5'11" and I wouldn't want anything taller than this. If that's what you're looking for, though, this is a fantastic choice. Costs a bit more, but definitely worth it.

The toilet itself is good. Probably 5 star good. It deserves 2 stars for:1- Amazon's delivery. They dropped the toilet a good 3 feet to the ground. Thank goodness the foam held and the toilet didn't crack when it hit the ground.2- The price. This exact toilet is carried in one of the big box stores for $130 less. I feel cheated.3- The instructions need help. I've never had trouble installing toilets in the past as the process is so simple, but this toilet is a bit different than any other I have installed (like the flush mechanism), so I relied on the instructions instead of winging it. To start with, the instructions are small, but more importantly, the parts don't match the image in the instructions. We had to backtrack a few times before we got it all installed.4- I have a concern about finding replacement parts.All that said, now that it is installed, I'm happy with the toilet itself. It works well.

plumber had difficulty installing water tank to toilet base. Wing nuts were suppplied to tighten tank to base which made it difficult to tighten. No easy to put a wrench in a wing nut. Hand tight not good enough, Tank moved around
