Can’t believe how easy the process was to get this perfect toilet replacement. We needed a 10 inch rough in toilet in biscuit and was impossible to find locally. Granted it was a little pricey but actually worth it as it fitted perfectly and the height is chair height which looks better in my guest bathroom. It is very sturdy and was packaged so well, was in perfect condition. It has been installed about 2 weeks now and flushes with one touch no issues. Only thing to keep in mind is you need to purchase a wax ring kit and bolt covers, 10 dollars or so..no biggie

We ordered two of these toilet specifically because of the colour and the distance between the toilet and the wall. We installed one and we’re not happy with it and so return the other. Tank is small firstly and secondly, sits 8 inches out from the wall.

My only issue with this is that it doesn't come with the toilet seat. It's in the photos, but apparently not included. They should point that out in the product details. Fortunately, I was able to get one at Lowe's from Koehler in the proper color.

Very satisfied with this purchase. Clogs every three or four months, but that is average for similar toilets. Because of the high water level in the bowl, I have no problem with "scarring." I've had it for about two years and haven't had to replace any parts in the tank.

The toilet itself is an excellent product, but I was shocked to learn. when the plumber came to install it, that it came with no seat. That had to be purchased separately. There was no mention of this fact in the Amazon advertisement for product where the photo clearly showed the toilet with a seat. This is an obvious case of deceptive misrepresentation which is not only illegal but an extremely poor business practice.

Great flush...the height is more comfortable than the standard toilet and the water usage is low. After years of dealing with a toilet that didn't flush very well, this was well worth the cost.

I was searching for class5 flush toilet with a 10" rough-in. These are not carried in local big box stores. I was nervous that ordering online, I would be hassled with receiving merchandise damaged in shipping and dealing with how to return it.I was relieved when the toilet arrived well packed and in perfect shape. My only gripe was that no wax ring was included. After a quick trip to the local big box store to buy a wax ring, I had everything I needed for a successful installation.
