We used the included extension pipe to hide the macerator pump behind the wooden wall along with all the pipes, making my bathroom look very neat and tidy. The upflush toilet for basement flushes very cleanly with no leaks at all. We fully utilized all four inlets, and the performance is excellent. I’m now planning to buy another macerating toilet for my parents' basement bathroom.

My basement finally has its own bashroom! The installation was very easy, especially the pipe connections which were very smooth. I hired a professional plumber to help, and the whole process took less than an hour. The flushing power is very strong, and it can be connected to the shower as well. It truly solved the drainage problem in my basement.

During the installation, I accidentally cut the check valve for the discharge pipe too short, which prevented me from completing the setup. I reached out to the manufacturer, Simple Project, and the CEO, Ellie, responded the next day. After understanding the situation, she sent me a replacement check valve for free, even though the mistake was mine. She also provided me with detailed installation tips. I was truly impressed by her professionalism and kindness, and it left me with a great impression of the company's customer service. I’ve now been using the toilet for 3 months, and I successfully connected the shower drain pipe as well. Everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company, both their service and products are truly reliable!

The delivery was very fast, and I received it by the morning of the third day. The best part is that I didn’t have to break up the existing concrete structure for installation. The Macerating Toilet System runs smoothly, and the 750W power is definitely an improvement over my previous 600W model, with a noticeable boost in performance.

Although I was initially concerned about the difference between standard and metric fittings, the seller was very thoughtful and provided all the necessary adapters and converters, making the installation process very easy with no leakage issues. I am now extremely satisfied with my choice of this upflow toilet system. Its flushing system is both powerful and efficient, easily handling the wastewater from the shower and sink, and has completely solved my problem.

The packaging of this upflush toilet for basement is excellent, and it arrived in perfect condition. It came with all the necessary installation accessories, including clips, hoses, and adapters. Now, my basement has a complete drainage system, successfully connecting a sink, shower, macerating toilet, and washing machine, effectively solving all the drainage issues.

I'm happy that the vent of this macerating toilet was able to connect smoothly to my home's vent system. Although the installation process was a bit complicated, my husband worked with the plumber, and we successfully completed the installation. The pump system of the upflush toilet is very powerful, the drainage works perfectly, and it runs almost silently without any issues. I highly recommend this upflow toilet!
