A contractor installed 2 of these toilets in our house 10 years ago and they have been the best performing toilets in the house. I have never needed to replace anything in them and the flushing performance has been excellent. All other toilets in the house were builder grade basic toilets and I needed to replace the valve, etc. all the time. So when I decided that I needed to replace them with toilets that sat higher, I knew that Toto was the way to go and after some searching, I homed in on this toilet. I chose the 10" rough-in although in hindsight, I should've gone with the 12" rough-in although that would've increased the cost. I got 4 of these toilets and was pleasantly surprised to find that they were delivered the very next day. Each toilet was delivered in 3 boxed, once each for the tank, the bowl and the seat. I had read reviews of toilets arriving broken so was a little worried when I opened the boxed but they were well packed with enough rolled up paper to absorb bumps, etc. My plumber needed to purchase the wax ring and some hardware and it took him a day to install all 4 toilets. Overall, I am very pleased with my decision. This toilet is an upgrade even from the Totos installed 10 years ago and I am looking forward to many years of use from them. The price on Amazon was also the best I found online. I also place to install a non-electric bidets on all the toilets, although I might spring for a Toto bidet for the master bathroom.Very satisfied.

I bought 4 to replace builder grade toilets and couldn’t be happier. You could go cheaper, but you won’t be as happy.Super strong flush and easy to clean. Easy to install. All 4 delivered in timely fashion, with zero damage.

I ordered 2 of these toilets. I am at the tail end of a big remodel.Both toilets arrived by UPS and the delivery person was complaining about the weight.One arrived perfectly. No damage to anything. There was a concern since at least one review mentioned broken tanks.The base of one toilet arrived broken. I called Amazon and a second toilet was sent out. I wish they had opened the box with the base, packed all the packing material they used outside that box inside that box, because the 2nd base arrived broken. No joy.I am quite satisfied with the perfect toilet. I am 5’5†and it is a good height. The bathroom is small, but the toilet is perfect in the location.I wish the delivery of the 2nd toilet were more successful. I ended up purchasing the base at Ferguson’s and used the tank from Amazon.

Interior box packaging allows bowl to slam inside itself. Ordered 2 times and both times it was severely broken in same way. I unfortunately gave up as my previous experience with Toto products was very good.

I have had for over 2 months and I only clean to feel like I need to sanitize. Unfortunately low flush toilets do not remove the “debris “ that is above the line that the water stays at. This has a turbo type flush that flushes very strong and removes everything. I no longer feel embarrassed about my toilet that I forget to clean everyday in order for it to be clean. 2 of my friends have already said they are ordering one too.
