This order was received in great condition. All the parts were provide and set up was a breeze. But also this toilet looks great and is the perfect height 21 for those who struggle to get back up . Thumbs up for it!!!

I purchces this toilet for the height, and it is perfect. People for meducal reasons needing height is perfect. The only downfall is the parts. They are metric and we bought aftermarket replacement internal parts to be more compatible for out install.

So far, this toilet has been fine. It’s easy to clean and functions well. It was not very easy to install simply because the instructions were not clear. They were written as if they had been translated.We thought we ordered a 21†toilet, but received a 19â€. In hindsight, it’s fine for me (5’6â€) but my husband (6’’1â€) could have benefited from what we expected.

Our puppy Skippy somehow got hold of the toilet seat bolt covers. I contacted the manufacture, and they sent me the parts at no cost right away. It is nice to see such great customer service. The install was easy with the instructions they provide.

in redoing my bathrooms purchased two of these toilets. One was installed in December and the other in January. The second one was missing a gasket. I contacted the company and in two days the missing part was being shipped to me. It only took a few minutes to install the gasket and I now have two toilets that I am very happy with. I am tall and had a stroke a year ago, so i purchased 19 inch toilets. the higher toilets make life much easier.

Surprising enough I was actually very pleased with this product. We got it for my mom because she’s short and needed to not have to bend down as far. It has been a very good stool and very sturdy.
