Seat worst ever sat on! We had to buy a decent seat which seller should reimburse for. Also tighten the big plastic nut on bottom of tank as it was not tight enough and it leaked. Somehow water can get past the doughnut rubber ring and leak out of the tank. Material good enough to withstand DYI stress! Very good as these can crack and then it's junk.Am getting back to this to fairly follow up on the seller's action. The credited us for the cost of replacing the seat. 5 star rating for that responsible action. There was some confusion about the leak. Just understand here that installing must include tightening the big nut under the tank to be sure the seal is adequate or you could have a leak like we did. No leak at the tank fasteners after carefully securing them, but not until we tightened the big nut did our leak stop. Several days later, fantastic toilet and sure a lot easier for us older folks to get on and off. Older citizens need this toilet!

We were pleased with the height of this toilet for our handicapped visitors. It is great for those who have issues with sitting in low seats or in this case, toilets, easy to rise from toilet. Please with installation and easy to read instructions and installation. The bowl is easier to clean also because of it's height.

It is taller with the seat attached. Be careful to take that into consideration when ordering. Functions beautifully. Installed by plumber.

Toilet damagedWhen the toilet arrived the box appeared to have been retaped as if it was previously returned. My plumber and I had noticed it . The toilet seemed fine so it was installed by a professional plumber, right after the installation the toilet leaked into the basement. The toilet was taken out to be more thoroughly inspected and there was a hairline crack not visible to the naked eye at the back of the bowl. I had to purchase another toilet right away as I only have one bathroom.
