These are for more intense band use. Our Physical Therapist uses this type for all the heavier leg work. I like them. The material cover is soft and doesn't scuff or scrape your skin while doing movement like straddling walks or lunges etc. 3 strengths are included. We are mainly using the Light and Medium bands. The Heavy one is serious stuff beyond what we need. We were using the thin flat band that comes in rolls that you cut to length. Those are good for special needs and upper body work where you wrap them in your hands. Those are horrible for leg work. They roll up and tear at you and slip around. These heavier material covered bands stay still with movement and don't cause problems. They will last a while. Very good purchase.

These bands suprised me!I have never used resistance bands. I'm 54 years old, male, that started working out several months ago.Had been using weights and thought I'd give these a shot for some diversity.I put the light one on and started doing the side steps, by the time I did 12 my legs were screaming!These are incredible. Well made, comfortable and stretchy.When I first put it on, thought it was too small, tight fit. They stretch quite a bit with excellent resistance.If you want to strengthen your legs, glutinous maximus, lower body, get these!It will be a long time before I can use the heavy as the light is kicking my butt.

Totally enjoying these for working out at home. Finding good leg exercises can be a challenge and these bands facilitate some excellent resistance work. They are durable, washable and do exactly what I need them to do.

These are really nice, sturdy bands that are comfortable and don't tear hair out! When our package arrived, the stitching on the black band was coming apart. I contacted Tribe Lifting and they were super nice and responsive, and replaced the band with no charge or hassle. Really happy with the purchase!

These bands are fabric infused with an elastic and thicker than cheaper bands. They don’t roll up on your leg or pinch like the rubbery bands. Have used for a year and still in like new condition.

Bands are nice, high quality materials and well made. But sized for people who are not big (as I am.) I can and do use them for my injury rehab, but they are sort of a tight fit for me. But my physical therapist and I make them work. Nothing bad to say about them, just not sized for me.

My last rubber band just snapped (fortunately it did not hurt anyone) so I thought I would try these woven bands instead. They are light years better. Benefits; feel more sturdy so I don't risk snapping, have a fixed stretch so you can do a consistent stretch each time, resistance is heavier. Love them.

These bands were exactly what I was looking for. These are much higher resistance than the rubber ones you can get (which I had before). They sit comfortable on your legs with no rolling. The are all the same size of band just vary in resistance.I would highly recommend these bands to anyone who is looking for quality, comfortable mini loop bands.

If you are looking for durable loop bands, these are for you! It makes the latex bands look, feel and behave like a dollar store product! I'm an old guy but in fairly good shape and I've broken too many "rubber bands". These are relatively expensive but of superlative quality. I can't imagine your strength if you break these!

With limited stretch I find the size to be too short.
