It arrived sealed in an Amazon packing which was fine. Opened it up and it was in a plastic fold over sealed bag. When we opened it up it was extremely damp and reaked of chemicals. Had some white markings on it as well. Instead of returning as we saw all the great reviews we thought we’ll just wash it. I’ve washed it twice as after the first time it still had a smell. 2nd time smelled a bit but put in dryer with bounce on low and smells a lot better now. The white marks are gone as well. The quality is good though just wish it didn’t smell so bad at first. Gonna give the benefit of the doubt and say this might of been a one off mishap.
