We just purchased one to see if we liked it or not. We have just purchased a third one for our apartments three windows. A lady in our apartment building had us purchase one for her apartment. So in total we gave purchased four. They are excellent.

We have a smoking room in our home, and I use this fan to suck the fog out of the window. It works excellent. I haven't turned it off in months and it's still going strong.

Sent message to customer service with no response. The box came damaged. NO REMOTE CONTROL. It works in the window and out. It doesn't move the air as well as competitive brands. It is load with a whine like a window air conditioner.

The fan itself is great, can't brag on it enough, however the remote that comes with this fan is cheaply made. The only thing they could ship with this fan that would be as cheap, and still called useful, would be a stick to push the buttons. The one I bought came with the remote not working, the sensor on the fan worked with other remotes I had thankfully. After trying numerous, (brand new from the package) batteries it refused to work. Even if it had worked it was so cheaply made it couldn't work for long. For those of you that have it and the remote doesn't work try using a Lasko fan remote if you have one, mine worked for the "On-Off" functions.
