This is exactly what we were looking for to carve our Thanksgiving Turkey. It holds the food you want to carve securely. The shorter fork comes with a hole and strap for easy storage. Now I wish the larger one did too. I do think my hubby could easily drill one out. Oh and clean up was a breeze especially hand washing. Thank you for this great product.
