What immediately drew me to this carving fork is its design. It looks really nice and I knew it would compliment my carving knives. I really like the ABS plastic handle it makes clean up really easy. The handle is not a high polish plastic handle but has more of a satin finish to it that provides a good grip. It also seamlessly molds to the stainless steel tang. There are no rough edges that I can feel on the handle where the plastic transitions into the metal.Overall I am really impressed with the quality of the carving fork especially considering the price. The carving fork is comfortable to hold, has good weight and balance to it, and functions well.One thing that I didn't realize when I bought it was how close the fork's tines are to each other. At the tips the tines are right at 3/4" apart. That isn't bad or anything but looking at the pictures I assumed that they were a little further apart.The tines on the fork are very sharp, but I did notice on the tip of one of the tines there is a little burr where it has been sharpened. I noticed this when I was washing it as it would snag on the sponge. This doesn't really bother me or affect anything and I can probably smooth it out with a sharpening stone in a couple seconds, but I thought it was worth noting.Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and I would definitely buy it again.

I'd "misplaced" my old serving fork during a move some time ago and needed a replacement. Years of trying to flip a roast in a pan with a regular fork finally wore me down. This thing is surely enough to handle awhatever you throw at it and the tines are not going to bend or flex when you least expect them to.

I have had a terrible time finding a fork that I like. I want some weight and finally I found the fork that has the weight and it feels sturdy in my hand. I am very pleased with my purchase and the nice thing - my search is over.

I had a different carving fork before but it couldn't handle the weight of brisket and would bend a bit. This fork is so well built I will never have that problem. It's also long enough to keep your hands from getting scorched if you reach a bit into the oven. If you want to use it for steak, it may be overkill, but if you have a large roast or bird, you will be happy with this fork.

Produkt wie erwartet. Ich ärgere mich, nicht schon deutlich früher so eine Gabel gekauft zu haben. Sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Ob zum Spaghetti aufdrehen beim anrichten, oder Grillgzr drehen, oder beim tranchieren. Insgesamt Sehr gut. Spülmaschine macht der Gabel Nix. Also alles bestens. Preis gerechtfertigt.

Beautifully designed and well constructed product, prongs are sturdy and sharp, the weight is indicative of good construction as wellit not oppressive, handle is comfortable...would wholeheartedly recommend for regular use.
