I open the bag and the box fell apart. fingerprints still on them not happy paying $53 for used products. I Went to put them on and they don’t work !

I was really excited when i got these for my truck. Since I live in Pakistan the product worked very good initially but not for too long. Even thou was professionally installed. They worked for only a year max. Got burned or something.

The product states it has 3 sounds (switchable), but there are no instructions with the unit and no switchable that can be found to be able to choose from the supposedly 3 different horn options.No response from seller and found no info/instructions on how to switch the horn sounds online.
