This kit fit perfectly with the Fasco D701 motor we ordered. It doesn't come with any instructions but none are really needed. The key is to mount the bracket to your fan housing assembly first. While it can make tightening the clamp tricky even with a stubby screwdriver (though you can use a hex-head bolt instead), it's just too much of a pain to hold the motor up in the housing while trying to screw in the bracket.
