Your cart is empty. The XWS-3002XL, our new more efficient extreme water separator is rated at 2 micron absolute! Because the filter element traps over 99% of the water, a drain is no longer needed on our water separator.
The new XWS-3002XL must be used in conjunction with the PF-3001XL, the new filters cannot be used in combination with the FF-3003/FF-3010 or FS-1001/FS-1020.
Our new Particulate Filter is rated at 144 microns. The 144 micron Particulate Filter on the suction side will drastically reduce cavitation, increase flow properties, lower the sound output of the FASS System, and removes larger fuel particulates.
When replacing the discontinued filters with the new XWS-3002XL and PF-3001XL, the XWS-3002XL will now be placed on the pressure side of the pump and the PF-3001XL will be placed on the suction side.

These fuel filters are so easy to instal and are perfect for fuel filtration on diesels. I only run FASS stuff and they never let me down. They are of great quality and function as designed. I’ve never had one leak or go bad. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in fuel filtration.

I bought these filters to replace the original ones that came with my lift pump. They seem to be perfect in every way shape and form and should last even longer than the original ones. It’s difficult to estimate when to replace them because I have a vehicle that I use very little every year which I mean is my RV. I’m probably just going to replace them every few years every 15,000 miles.

One filter had a dent smaller than a dime; you can use these to replace the standard short filters. On my cummins they hang below bed 1â€.

I’ve been running various FASS lift pumps for 7+ years, these filters fit perfectly on a newer FASS titanium series. I prefer these extended filters over the smaller ones. (personal preference)The packaging is sketchy, but each filter is individually wrapped to prevent dust entering filters.Pro tip: if you are looking to purchase these filters for your diesel & or FASS pump, and are ordering from Canada. These filters take a while to show up, order a second set just in case of contaminated fuel, water in fuel, or if you need to change filters on the side of the road emergency situation!
