They're a little tricky getting the magnet off the paper backing but other than that, the size is perfect for my half pan watercolor paints. Very happy!

I love these magnets for my watercolor pans. They are great for keeping the plastic pans in place inside my metal palettes and are just the right thickness as some magnets can be too thick in my opinion. I've purchased these several times since I can't seem to acquire enough watercolors. I often use a butcher tray for color mixing. With the magnets, I can pull the colors I want to use and set the pans in the tray. The magnets keep the pans from moving around the butcher tray when adding water and mixing colors. They are just perfect. I also have full pan size magnets but you could use the smaller ones on full pans if you don't want to purchase two different sizes.

I'm using these to make magnetic bookmarks, and probably about 50% of the time I can get two of the magnets to line up, but the other half want to slightly repel each other so the magnets sit off to the side. If I was just making these for me and fun, it wouldn't matter because they are still going to hold together, but since it's a product to gift and possibly sell, they need to match up for a professional look. Because of this I have to look elsewhere for other options. The thickness is good. I wanted something a little thinner, but find that if you're someone that likes to do a few pages in your magnetic bookmark, that wont hold, but these do with multiple pages. So the hold is good for the size and really no thicker than I have probably seen at the store for these.

The size fits half pans to a T. The magnets aren't the strongest, but they're enough to do. The adhesive is stronger than on othe half pans magnets I've purchased. Overall, these were worth the investment.

I needed to rearrange a tin palette. These half pan magnets attached very well and stay on. It was simple to take them off the wax paper that they came on to apply. Would recommend.
