My child is 4 and learning to write. I ordered this so she can practice. I put two on the fridge and everyday we have a word of the day. Sometimes I pick it, other times she does. I wrote it on the top on and she copies it on the bottom one. I also have her use the word in a sentence. If she knows the meaning, she’ll give me a sentence write away. Other times I have to give her the definition then she gives me a sentence.

They can be written on with a dry erase marker over and over again and they erase great. My child love to write her name over and over again and have me watch her write it. She can write as many times as she want in any color she wants and then just erase and start again. When I am in the kitchen cooking she wants me to watch her so the fridge is a great place for these. Love them.

The magnet backing is very strong, and I have not had a problem with them sliding down on a white board which can be a problem. They are wide enough to give plenty of room to write in a large font, enabling students to be able to read off of them from anywhere in the room. Overall, I would definitely recommend these magnetic sentence strips.
