Series 765 Pressure Vacuum Breakers are designed to be installed to provide protection against back siphonage of toxic or non-toxic liquids. They feature a durable bronze body and a check valve and air opening port in one assembly. Maximum Working Pressure: 150psi (10.3 bar).

We had a tough freeze a few years ago and busted the backflow assembly back then. I hired a sprinkler repair guy and it cost me nearly $500. Decided to give it a try myself this time. Ordered this part and it perfectly replaced my existing Febco 765-1" sprinkler backflow assembly. A quick trip to Lowe's to purchase some PVC pieces (be sure to purchase the high-pressure PVC) and about an hour of effort and it works like a charm!! Saved me a ton of money.

Been using them for decades, prior one lasted almost 20 years. Now it comes with the needed ball valves attached.Easy to install, use with teflon tapes and will not leak

THE TREAD FOR THE VALVES ISN’T THE TREAD FOR ANYTHING IN YOUR LOCAL HARDWARE STORES, ended up having to buy new valves to go along with it, an extra$80 spent,I couldn’t just went with the same one at Home Depot, just without the freeze sensors that I also found to be useless since you need to purchase extremely over priced hardware & equipment that again does not are any of your local stores… ugh

Used this to replace a valve that split open in a hard early freeze. Installation was standard for plumming applications. Valve handles started rusting almost immediately. That was disappointing.
