Upgraded the water outlet on my Cruze to an alluminum one from ZZP but after reading the review many people suggested using an OEM gasket so I ordered this. Fit the flange perfect, been about 5000 miles and still no leaks

Fixed my leak immediately. Can never go wrong with Fel-Pro. This Gasket is for the water outlet housing that mounts to the engine block on a GM 1.4. Drivers side. Don’t forget to replace the temperature sensor while you already have the water outlet housing out. Fit perfectly. These cars are notorious for coolant leaks. I would recommend replacing the plastic water outlet housing with an aftermarket aluminum one.

Replaced a water outlet in a Chevy Cruze with an aluminum aftermarket outlet, knew I wouldn't care for the included gasket so opted to purchase this while purchasing the outlet.Wise choice. The included gasket that came with the water outlet was junk.This gasket is perfect. No leaks.
