It fit my original throttle body set up on my 88 mustang 302 HO 5spd, non mass air. Little bit of sealant, a little bit of patience, and this went on. I don't know if this was the correct one, but searching and searching and searching, I just went with it. I just made sure it covered the coolant bypass in and out spots well enough.

No longer available from the Ford dealer here in Australia , Fel-Pro = top quality , make sure that you use the correct one as the Throttle Body / E.G.R. Spacer gasket is different to the E.G.R. Spacer / Upper Manifold gasket , but they both look very similar , the " squarer " of the 2 ( the " 70262 " ) mounts to the Throttle Body . If you already have this one you will also need the Fel-Pro 72543 for the Upper Manifold / E.G.R. Spacer .
