Bolt holes are way off! I doubt it fits any K20 throttlebody! Lesson learned. Stick with reputable brands.

Bought for a rsx type s. This item does fit but will need to be modified for it to work properly. There is not a hole in this gasket for the map sensor and it is essential so that it can read. I drilled a hole in the gasket where the map sensor hole is on the throttle body and intake and it works well

This gasket did not fit on the prb intake manifold, too small.

Doesn’t fit k20 rbc manifold. I think it’s for a k20a type r

it did not match up to the model i needed. deff not recomend.
