This valve cover gasket performed exceptionally well during installation on my 2013 Kia Optima SX-L Turbo. The gasket fit snugly within the grooves and remained securely in place throughout the valve cover reinstallation. Long-term durability remains to be assessed, however, no oil leaks have been observed to date.

The hardest part is removing the valve cover. Replacing gasket was simple and this fit tight and perfectly. Once installed the minor leak has been resolved. Also came with separate fuel gasket that since I was into it replaced it also. Cheaper than auto stores and worked perfectly. Highly recommend.

Even Amazon "Fit" this item to my car but too big as shown photos. I cut it out and put in black sealant and install it.There comes with fuel pump gasket but my car do not have fuel pump at the top of the engine. So this is not for 2010 hyundai sonata 2.4l .Check it out before you order.

Product was fine overall for the money but in a couple of sections the sealing surface was a bit rough, I had to add some RTV on it. Also, there is a small section that does not match the profile of the cover for my 2.0T Santa Fe (a section going around a screw on the left side), so I had to force it to stay in place while tightening the screws

Installed this on my parents 2013 Sorento, it was a perfect fit. No more oil leak. Cleaned both mating surfaces first, and put a little bit of black rtv sealant in the gasket seat to hold it in place while reinstalling the valve cover. The job took about an hour.

This is the first time for me to use this brand in replacing a valve cover gasket. This specific item fits without any hitch on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata 2.4 ltr. Just remove the valve cover according to the repair manual, clean the mating surfaces of the cylinder head, and apply some RTV silicone sealant on the joints near the timing chain. Clean the internal and external part of the valve cover and install this gasket. Carefully install the valve cover, install the bolts and torque them according to specs and you're good to go.Just a side note, also replace the O-ring of the high pressure GDI pump before re-installing the pump. I used Fel-Pro 71857 Multi-Purpose O-Ring.
