What do you do with your mortarboard after you've graduated and then decorated it to wear to a Kentucky Derby party? You buy one of these and display it in your office! This mannequin head is a nice size and weight, and I love that it comes in different colors so that I could get the right one. The velvet material gives it a really classy look. I have no complaints!

This display head is perfect for wigs, latex masks, hats, etc - lighter items whose weight is basically centered. The blue covering is really pretty & would look awesome in a retail setting. Using for glasses would be difficult as the nose is barely there & there are no ears. There is one seam running vertically from front to back. It appears in the product listing as though the circular base can be removed, I gave a little pull on mine and it doesn't appear to be the case, plus I was scared to rip the fabric or destroy the base, in case the listing was incorrect. I didn't want to risk breaking this $67 head. I was hoping my daughter could use it as a mount for some of her fur suit heads, but this is not able to stay upright with heavier loads. So it's a nice piece, I just wish the base was constructed of a heavier material so the whole thing could handle more weight. Four stars due to the high price & lightweight nature.

Almost $60 for velvet head dress form really?Its nice but over priced.This is the nicest an prettiest head form.It looks and feels really wall made.The head has a good weight but not light weight so it will not tip over and its a good height.I ordered to use as a head model for the hats i crochet to gauge how they will looks and fit.
