This alder Fender Telecaster body arrived in mint condition. It's medium weight and all the routes were cut with precision. The finish isn't too thick or too thin either. It's a Goldilocks Telecaster body. The only holes I had to drill were for the control plate and pickguard. I joined this body with a MIJ maple neck and it fits perfectly snug. The neck pocket was also perfect. I didn't need to add a shim for the neck angle. The guitar sounds and plays great. This is a real deal, genuine Fender Telecaster body. I'm very happy with it.

High quality. Beautiful finish. I took a 90's Japanese Fotoflame Telecaster - which has a thick finish on the body, making it sounddull - and turned it into a great sounding old school Tele. It had been extensively modified with new pickups and electronics, but this body made it into a player.

I bought this to replace a badly damaged 1993 american standard telecaster because fender said that telecaster parts should fit. But I found that the neck pocket is not cut deep enough so the neck is too high and I can't raise the bridge pieces high enough to clear the neck. What can I do to fix this?

I bought this Telecaster neck advertised as used, and I was happy to see it arrive with no visible signs of wear. But the neck pocket was not near wide enough. Even after a good deal of sanding a big chunk of finish broke as I tried to fit the neck. Really disappointing. I’ve installed guitar necks before, I know it can take some work. But this was bad. If nothing else, be wary of buying items that have already been returned.

Nice router work and finish. Although the router cit out for the bridge is not covered by the Fender bridge as it is slight larger than the bridge and a small portion is visible after the bridge installation.
