This gig bag is an exact fit for my Jaguar bass. It is much nicer and offers more padding than the factory bag. The zipper looks to be much more durable than the factory bag as well. Good storage pocket on the front for additional strings, picks, etc. The backpack straps are great. If you are looking for a LOT of padding, this gig bag is not that. It is more than adequate for normal point A to point B transport. Even then I would recommend being careful about just throwing your bass into your vehicle with this bag. Overall its a great little gig bag and a great value.

Bought this to use with a G&L short scale bass (Fender doesn't make left-handed option) and it fits fine.

This is a nicely made bass gig bag although it is fairly lightweight and has minimal protective padding. The outer material and zippers feel solid and the front pocket is ample enough for cables and an iPad or music books, etc. The strap and stitching are good quality and should wear well but don't confuse this with a professional grade gig bag, this is more for casual players or for light use. Overall, it's a nice little bag that fits short scale bass guitars well like the Fender or Squier Mustang, Bronco, Music Master basses. Also fits short scale Precision, Jazz basses, the Hofner style violin (or Beatle) bass and the Epiphone EB-0. The $60 price point at this writing feels a little steep for a lower-tier gig bag but currently there aren't many, or any other options out there for short and medium scale bass guitars.

Excellent product which I ordered for my Squire Bronco Bass. Originally, I was searching for a case for my short-scale bass guitar with limited options. This soft shell gig bag has plenty of padding and storage pockets for cables, music, wallet, etc. I would definitely buy this case again, Fender makes a good product.

It has adequate padding for those short trips to a gig, and room in the pouch for strap and clip on tuner. I would have no issue with recommending to others looking for a short scale gig bag

I bought one through Amazon and it never reached me because USPS doesn't deliver large packages to rural America and they and Amazon know they won't . But I did buy one elsewhere and still have it as it fits a Firebird go figure.Seems well made I have other fender soft cases like this and they do seem to barely fit many of their guitars . They are decent cases and do the job and what else can you ask well other than it fit ! There was no way the Base 6 was going to fit but I had a firebird in need of a soft case and it fits it pretty well and the 6 fit into another case I had so it worked out .

Gig bag is nicely padded and zipper pulls are strong and sturdy. Front pocket is big enough to hold tuner, headphone amp, and other small items. Mainly used as a dust cover or transport bag. Pleased with purchase

Comprato per il mini basso Fender a scala corta di mio figlio di 7 anni qualche mese fa e devo ammettere che protegge molto bene lo strumento ed è la taglia perfetta per quel basso. Inizialmente avevo comprato una borsa diversa in un negozio senza imbottitura e sudavo ogni volta che mio figlio manipolava lo strumento per paura che lo urtava da qualche parte! Adesso sono serena e lo strumento è intatto! Quindi confermo che si tratta di un ottimo prodotto con una bella finizione e materiale di qualità .

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this gig bag as it's always a bit of leap of faith ordering something like this online, but it's very nice. I bought it for my 12 string Jazzmaster which of course has an offset body shape. This means it's a bit snug near the zip around the handle area of the bag but is a good fit. The shoulder straps are a bit tight so that's my reason for 4 stars. The front pocket isn't very deep but you could store strings and a strap there with no problem.
