Best one I've ever bought... Most are made with thin metal and flex a lot... This one barely bends at all; thus time under tension and isolation is premo... Great product, you won't regret it...

Very nice for the price, keeps me in good form with barbells and dumbbell curls. Neck pad is thin but so far it's comfortable.

This product did not work well.The primary issue with this product was the curvature on the front of it. The curvature was too low and therefore the arm grooves didn't go far back enough to align to the plane of the shoulders. And that was really a big problem. You cannot attain the correct form of doing bicep curls if your elbow is not in line with your body and is a bit forward. And that was the case with this and therefore correct form was never attained.So a bit disappointed by the product. The materials used to construct the product however was strong and durable and would last the distance and the arm grooves had a good amount of rubber padding but these things matter a lot less if the correct form is not attained.So overall not happy with the product
