I got this filter since the summer is starting and my A/C system is now running again. I was a bit shocked to see my last filter, which has been there for maybe 9 months, completely black, thus I ordered a new one. I got MERV 14, because unlike my previous, which was MERV 12, this one filters out the smallest particles that can enter your blood stream. Lungs will not catch PM 2.5 particles, hence this filter is a good choice. I also attached a picture of the filter given to me by my landlord. Needles to say MERV 1 doesn't do much.It is a bit more expensive than other filters, but your body will thank you years down the line.

They do what they are supposed to do. I have a lot of allergies that include pollen, pet dander, dust, etc. these do a great job of filtering a lot of that from our air.

I live in an apartment behind a strip mall. Even with our air purifiers, we had constantly had diesel smells or car smells or smoke smells… the neighbors smoke… and this definitely helps with the dead skunk smell. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I like the Bluetooth version better… but I cant seem to find that anywhere!

Just moved into an older home - AC has a rusty coil that needs to be replaced, and while I save for it, I'm suffering the musty odor it creates whenever I turn the air on. Replaced regular filters with these and it has almost entirely eliminated the smell. at first the odor was so bad and the build up in my ducts so great that it got filty within a month so I had to replace them quickly, but now on month two, filter 2, it seems to have done the job and my air quality is so much better. Worth the price for the effectiveness.

In 2022 my kids were sick for what felt like 3/4 of the year. From stomach bugs to colds, never ending coughs and runny noses, I was so stressed out and so sleep deprived. Along with a few other changes (stopped buying junk food, added a quality probiotic and vitamins, prioritized sleep), one thing I did was buy these filters. They have been very healthy ever since (knock on wood) so although these are very expensive, I would prefer to pay for filters than a bunch of medicine and doctors appointments. One thing I noticed that sold me is that when I would leave baby wipes open when I had different filters, after a few days the wipe that was sticking out would turn yellow. After buying these filters, I have yet to see that. I will continue to buy these filters and replacing them as recommended, every three months.

I am disappointed because it s quite expensive, and for some reason this is the only brand sold in Europe. I got it for pollen and it doesn't seem to change anything
