I'm delighted with this company. They took care of the customers. The extra threads are not 20%, but 50 :) or I embroider so carefully and don’t waste thread on the constrictions between the crosses. Minus: the pattern is not very contrasting and it is not always convenient to embroider, but it is enough for comfortable work. And I can evaluate the quality of the picture later, when I finish it. But at first glance everything is fine.

I got this as a Christmas present for my mom do she could stitch something. I love printed cross stitches because you can mindlessly work with watching TV or something. The print lines up almost perfectly with the holes. I took the time to count and everything. It's like 1 hair off but the 11CT is so big you can still see details.I can't comment of the soaking to remove the print right now.
