It works fine but be aware the height is short. Fire pit is covered but legas are exposed.

My fire pit is 28x28 exactly and so I ordered a 28x28 cover and one side is cut slightly shorter at 27 7/8 so it doesn’t fit quite right. There should be a little wiggle room in the sizing or maybe I just received a dud.

I usually don't take the time to leave reviews but had to give credit to the makers/sellers of this cover. We recently had a severe storm with strong wind gusts that blew water all over my porch and blew branches and trash throughout the neighborhood. I was afraid for the fire pit I recently invested in as I remembered some reviews of other covers I browsed before purchasing this one. Many reviews of similar products stated that the covers blew off in the wind; but this cover stayed secure and snug despite the heavy wind and rain!This is definitely worth the affordable price. The draw string allows for a secure fit!
