This is plastic and card board. It should not be called a drum at all. The pictures that are shown when you buy it are not what it is. The sound is that if a plastic toy. Very very poor quality. The appearance is misleading, it seems that this “drum†should not be labeled as it is. This is a child’s toy. I returned it right away. However I should have known better with the price I was paying. Do not buy this drum unless you are giving it to a toddler to beat on.

This is an excellent little drum. Perfect to walk with, easy to handle. Striker was covered in rabbit fur, not just a lump of plastic.

This is not even close to what was pictures. Very cheap and sounds awful. It's not a bound drum, the head is glued plastic. I'm not happy with it at all.
