So far the batteries work fine and charge well with another charger i had to buy but the charger provided was dead on arrival. Buy the batteries, skip the combo with the charger.{Upgrade Review} 3 to 5 starsAgain, the batteries seem to be everything claimed and are working fine at a reasonable price. The seller of the product contacted me via amazon and stated that based on my original review, they would provide a replacement. They indeed did provide that replacement and very expediently I might add. They not only replaced the charger but sent a set of batteries as well. Both are working very well.The changed review reflects the sellers intent to provide excellent customer service. I did not contact them or Amazon regarding the problem, they took the action on their own to replace a defective charger. Very few sellers go to these steps to make a customer happy. I commend them and recommend that you purchase products thru them with confidence that they will stand behind the product.

Worked great AFTER I realized how to mount the batteries. User must align the pins with the holes on the battery. It does not seem to charge fast. But I'm satisfied

I received the product with no instructions. Looked at pictures to see how to properly place the batteries in the charger. It’s been on the charger couple of days and the light is still blinking red. I just haven’t gotten around to sending it back.

A couple of years ago, I purchased a lightbox, powered by these batteries. Didn't use it much, but when the battery ran down, if I plugged the box into the charger, it would light up, but the battery remained "dead." Bought these, which, fortunately for me, came with a separate charger. Turns out the charging circuit in the lightbox was defective. Now I've got 3 perfectly good, chargeable batteries. Glad I did.

The clicker that locks this product in doesn’t work for the associating light. It falls off. I left a review and the seller immediately contacted me to provide me multiple options to rectify the issue and ensure that I am happy customer. They reached out to me, not only by replying to my review on Amazon. They emailed me personally to make sure that I was seeing the messages they were sharing. They offered a replacement and a full refund. With no trouble to me at all. I cannot thank your company enough for everything you did to rectify this.
