I am a catch & release guy. That does a lot of river fishing and I hate to hurt fish. This device is a must have because you can reach all the way back and grab that hook in those hard to reach places if you’ve accidentally gut or Tongue hooked a fish or even a snag. This tool makes it easy to pull those hooks out. Definitely great value for the money perfect size for Catfish and bass. Performance is top-notch so far no rust or issues pretty good quality and it weighs less than a cell phone. Be ready for if you accidentally gut hook a fish or that hook is just in a hard place

Does what it should. We leave it on a boat in salt water and it shows some light rust already.

Works great for turtles and snakes! For fish id rather use another tool but it's worth every penny to not get near a turtle.
