Works well. Spool holder freely rotates, which can get annoying when setting up and spooling line. Not sure why it's made that way. If you want/like that, then it's great!

Light weight compact easy to use line spooling tool. Makes putting new line on any reel easy and tangle free with the resistance setting. Takes a quarter of the time that the old screwdriver through the hole method takes without having to untangle the line every 3 turns of the reel handle!

The line spooler just spins uncontrollably while trying to spool a reel. If you could lock the head ( where the fresh spool is attached) it surely be a great product.
