This ruler is great on dark and light fabrics. It's sturdy and doesn't move around when drawing lines or cutting fabric. I've bought another one for my daughter.

I find I often need to cut across the width of material. I have a 24†cutting mat and was trying to use a 12†ruler. Not ideal. After searching for a 24†ruler I came across this.It’s the perfect solution, especially if you sew. The markings are made so it’s visible on both light and dark materials. I wasn’t aware of that until I got it, so that was a pleasant surprise.Fiskars is always a quality product so I was confident in my purchase.
