I was hesitant to purchase another dupe after my June Taylor brand grid ruler broke. This is extremely durable in comparison. It is not flimsy in any sense. There are only 5 reviews as of now, and one is measuring grid with a plastic tape measure. I measured mine against my olfa cutting mat, june taylor grid ruler, omnigrid ruler, and creative grid ruler. All match up perfectly. I am so pleased with this that I immediately looked to see if they offered other rulers. It has all of the features needed for cutting with the grid system, right and left hand measurements along with measurements lines that are thin enough to measure properly. I appreciate a quality product that is affordable.

The numbers are printed on blue in black. Much too difficult to read. I had to use to rule.

Slots are tight, but that's what you need for accurate cuts. I would advise storing the ruler in it's box to keep anything from being placed on top of it. It is not as thick as some of these I have seen.

Where has this been all my life! I have avoided SO many projects because even with the help of tools, I just could not cut a straight strip to save my life! Now I can, no problem! Yeah, I know I sound like an infomercial, but really, this handy, dandy cutting tool is truly wonderful!

I almost didn’t order this ruler but I’m so glad I did. None of my other rulers are slotted and I can’t believe how much I like this one. I found the measurements to be accurate. I have a friend who prefers not to have the silicone grips on her rulers, so it’s nice that this one is sold with the grips separate and you can apply them if needed. It comes in a nice box and the ruler is sandwiched between two sheets of foam. I’m very happy with my new quilting ruler.

Great concept! One must really pay attention the the various numbers up and down each side.
