It has very sharp blade (does not rotate smoothly as stated tho) - however it cuts perfect circles and is such a time saver!Wish had come with at least 1 replacement blade

The hardest part about this cutter was getting it out of the blister pack, and that wasn't too difficult. I cut 24 circles in a matter of minutes, especially when I discovered I could do three (6 layers) at a time. Fold fabric in half, line up ruler, align cutter, go. Beautiful edges and they are all the same size and shape. I used quilting cotton. I also cut 80/20 quilt batting and it worked great. I am happy I added this to my arsenal of cutting tools. UPDATE: fine print right on the ruler says "Circle sizes include 1/4 inch seam allowance." So, due to user error, my circles came out larger than I wanted. You have to adjust where the ruler lines up if you want exactly a 4-inch circle, for instance. And, there are only whole numbers. It took some experimentation for me to get exactly what I needed. But it cuts great!

Love the overall concept of this cutter. Easy to use and easy to fit the cutter on the slots. Cut a perfect circle every time with a little effort. Downside is that it is not heavy enough to stay put. Trying to hold the template dow and cut fabric is almost impossible. I have 2 8 lb hand held dumbells that I put one side on each side of the template to hold in place. This worked very well. So it takes some effort but am reasonably happy with my circle cutter

My family decided to try doing the viral hexagon quilt together and needed an easy way to cut circles. Most of us haven’t done well when attempting to use a compass in the past so we were really excited to find on that is not a compass. It is very easy to use and works well. Since we are doing a lot of circles of the same size I used a sharpie along the size we are using to make it easier to see. So far we have only used it to cut one circle at a time.Would recommend to anyone needing to cut a lot of circles.

I was looking for a new circle cutter to make tortilla warmers. I was skeptical at first, but absolutely love the product! My only slight dislike is that the blade doesn't cut well through the cotton batting. However, the plastic is thick and sturdy enough that I feel comfortable using my regular rotary cutter with it. I highly recommend!

I think this could be a great product, however, as you can see in the pictures there is a small damaged section on my blade that leave multiple connection points when cutting. This disrupts the perfect circle I am seeking and causes me to have to go in and cut multiple spots for every circle cut.If the blade was not damaged I would give this five stars and a more positive review, for the price to receive something damaged is disappointing.

I am a little disappointed with this item, the blade dosn't appear to be very sharp. dull in fact and it is not as smooth as advertised I have only used 2 layer thick of quilting cotton and it dosn't give a crisp even cut, It may be the blade, I got 2 spare blades and they appear to be the same. I will practice some more, but I think I have made a purchase I'm going to regret.

Looked at lots of tools but this one is more economical. This brand has been good in anything I have bought. Easy to use. A pile of neat circles is now waiting for me to quilt.
