When I first ordered this kit, I was thinking of it more so for developing grip strength. Something to do while sitting at my desk, watching TV, and so on.Instead, I realized once I opened the box and started reading the instructions that this is really geared at rehabbing certain hand and wrist issues, like carpal tunnel, or developing strength after an injury.I have carpal myself, in both wrists, so I was happy to give these balls a shot and see if they helped. Note they aren't exactly ball shaped (except for one), and they aren't the soft, squeezy type of stress relief balls you might be thinking of. These are pretty hard, and they have specific designs for different exercises.The instructions are really detailed for explaining how to use each of them, and I've been practicing for a few weeks now. I do think they've helped my symptoms a bit. I get very tight and start feeling pain under my wrist after a few hours of working at the computer, and lately, I either don't experience that or it sets in after a long period of time.Good results in my mind for just a couple weeks of using these, so I'm going to get even more serious about them. I'm keeping them bedside so I can do the exercises while watching TV before sleep which works out perfectly.I do recommend these if you're trying to relieve some kind of hand/wrist pain, or you're dealing with recovery from an injury (or surgery). Pretty targeted way of getting back to your normal hand usage, so I would recommend these for those purposes. If for just developing grip strength, sure they will help, but I'd sooner use one of those grip strength trainer devices instead (with the two handles that you squeeze in your hand).

I'm not sure how much stronger my hands are but I really do think they are helping. I have also been letting my children use them and i think they are helping them too. I really am glad that I got these. I think i will need to keep using them to really get an idea of how well they work but so far so good.

I love the different shapes and the assorted levels of firmness. I think you are getting a great deal for 13 dollars. Personally, I think even the softest is a bit too firm for my preference.

I like that there are a variety of shapes with these exercise balls that you can do different grips on. This came with instructions to help show different ways to use them. I like that there are three different levels. These have a very grippy easy to hold texture with a slight squish to them depending on which one you use. This came with a nice little bag to store these.

These are great. I like the different shapes and firmness of them. It gives you a chance to build up and to work on different muscles with the different shapes. They have a nice feel and help work out the hands in an easy way. Highly recommend these to keep your hands supple and strong.

I have small hands and these work great for me. (Had hand surgery and need strengthening.) The only thing I am a little concerned about is the fact that the instructions say to throw them away if you see any cracks or punctures. Not sure what the reason for this is or at that rate how safe they might be around kids or pets.

This is three sets of hand strengthening stress balls, with three different levels and three different shapes. It also comes with a carry bag to store them. The balls all feel very nice. The softest is a pebble shape, the medium is oval shaped and the hardest is sphere shaped. They are different colors as well (mine were yellow, red and blue). The difference between soft and hard is not great - so don't expect the soft to be super soft. There is only slight differences in hardness between the three sets. It also comes with a booklet showing many different exercises, including some specific for each shape. Overall a nice inexpensive set of grip exercise balls useful for rehabilitation, improving your grip (great for golfers), or just relieving stress while you work.

My kids love this and use this instead of fiddling with pens and remotes and I find it therapeutic - there I was thinking I was a grown adult and had better things to do with my time.Meanwhile I find myself reaching for this and using it subconsciously.Three different firmness levels from soft to hard

Experiencing tennis elbow has made these items a part of my daily exercise routine. Iรขโฌโขm currently using the softer ones since I'm still in pain. Fortunately, they come in a range of hardness, from very soft to very hard. It feels great to hold the slightly dotted balls.

These are really brightly coloured balls that are fun to fiddle with or to use for strengthening exercises. The 3 different grips were good, although they did all feel quite similar to me! They are all very resistant.The bag them came with was really useful for keeping them safe as they did seem to attract a lot of dirt and fluff - I had to keep washing them to make sure they stayed clean!
