This has held up well, nice rubberized hand grips…Next time I’d buy one with handles that spin freely as it’s even harder to use because their fixed (not a complaint, I bought it to be “hard to use†😂)

My rope measured 8.5 feet in length and weighed 2 pounds, 9 ounces. This is not what is advertised but for $10 shipped, I'm not complaining, just explaining. Also, rope is very stiff and is unlikely to become more pliable with use.

My husband loves it. Hurts writs due to weight but husband uses gloves that wrap around writs to help with that.

Altamente recomendable si quieres un entrenamiento eficaz y ganar resistencia como fuerza. Materiales de buena calidad aunque me hubiera gustado un protector en la parte del azote para evitar el desgaste pero en verdad es una cuerda muy recomendable a un súper precio, definitivo voy a comprar otras para mi familia.
