Well made aluminum material, it holds the flag up well, its really not Anti wrap, occasionally does get stuck sometimes, but once the wind catches it, it unwraps it from the pole

Stopped our flag from getting twisted around the pole but also stopped the very annoying noise of the rope/cord twanging against the pole constantly.

These don’t rotate as advertised. Whether the flag is taught or slightly loose, the top one (even changed top and bottom over a couple of times), always seems to stick and the clips attached are very weak. I would suggest a company to make them so they rotate on ball bearings. I’d pay more for that as long as they work. These ones are just average to poor.
