I try to keep a gallon of these on hand for my kids bikes and all the neighborhood kids bikes. They’re always getting flats from goat heads and such out here in SE AZ.

Much easier than patching bicycle tubes. Perfect cure for goathead flats. First thing I do to a new bicycle.

I looked at online reviews of the product performance and was impressed by its purported ability seal tire punctures. While the product may (or may not) perform well, the provided dispensing pump is pathetically unsuited for the application and it is impossible to clear the pump once the material clogs the small dispensing port. Some of the reviews indicated this but i assumed that they were not very mechanical inclined customers. The product, by design, has particulates, of varying sizes, suspended in the liquid sealant. The port on pump is very small and easily becomes blocked with the sealant and particulates that cannot be cleared; even when following the instructions to do so. It is very irresponsible for the manufacturer to continue selling this item with inevitable relative failure of the pump as this is the only way to get the sealant into a tire.

I run this stuff in every piece of our small ranch equipment. We’ve never had a flat in our SXS and we run through mesquite trees like they are grass. There are constantly thorns in the tires. And since switching to this stuff in our skid steer we haven’t had a flat. We had a tire that would constantly leak down, but that ended when we added Flat Out.Will go in all small equipment from here on.

Needed a sealant effective against larger punctures like nails and screws so I purchased this product for my 20x4 inch Ebike tires. Unfortunately I installed the product in near darkness while in the field and found out getting the sealant into the tubes through the Schrader valve stems is not as easy as it appears; also found out more of this product is not better. The product required numerous attempts to get into the tube due to clogging (forms seals in stems) and the need for repeated clearing of stems. I purchased the 32oz bag of Flat Out and the instructions on the bag indicated a 4" fat tire may require 10 to 16 ounces of sealant. I considered this a dose range for all 4" tires and not a strict 10ounce max for 20x4" tires (more ONLY for larger diameter tires). With nearly 14oz of material in the rear tire took a test ride. The excess sealant pooled in one area of the tube and the resulting severe imbalance took a portion to the tire completely off the rim. Near disaster on an Ebike

This is a fantastic product. I only wished that presta valve tubes could take it! It's too thick for the tiny valves to take the substance and impossible for us to add to the tube. It's not the product's fault, however, they should state that it only works with Schrader valves, please! I'll have to give it to a friend.

This stuff is really good. It's better than green slime, and it's very dependable. It takes on tough punctures, and seals it quick and fast!

I've used this product with success on other mowers and decided to get more for a new mower. Before I've done tires as they developed leaks but this time decided to do all 4 now that one has been leaking air. Doing all 4 I figured I would save the money and get the gallon size with the tool and pump. Let me say, skip the pump; spend the extra on the smaller quantities and get the squeeze bottles. I got 7 pumps (7 ounces) in to my gallon then the pump clogged up. This is a known issue as they provide instruction on how to clear the clog... (Friendly tip: if you have to include instructions (that don't match the pump) figure out a better delivery method). Well, the instructions are for the wrong type of pump, or the pictures are just completely wrong. Long story short, after attempting to clear the pump out myself, the pump no longer works and I spilled half the container on the ground. Now I've got a half gallon of this stuff that I cannot put into a tire, basically $50 down the drain.

I very rarely complain about a problem with any purchase that I make. However I make an exception with this stuff. Despite my best efforts I could not get much of the contents into the tube.I even took the tube out of the wheel— to no avail. I very much regret buying it!
