Simple tool that made cutting ceiling light cover lenses much easier and cleaner than anything else I tried. It was still a pain but no random cracks or mistakes. I only needed cut 4 panels but it seemed to stay sharp enough.

I needed to score and remove the nailing fins on some new windows before I installed them. Directions said to score the nailing fins at their base, with a utility knife, and snap them off. I bought this tool to score the fins. A utility knife worked much better for this project.

Like the title says this is a great cheap tool but it is very sharp. A cover would be a nice addition in the purchase but since it doesnt have one id invest in finding some kind of solution on your own. There are probably 3d printed ones available on thingiverse. I would not rely on using the packaging as it is thin plastic that eventually cracks (maybe you could reinforce it with tape or something but best to get a solid cover of some kind.

This worked great for a project I had. Fyi. I only made two cuts on a piece of 1/4 plexiglass. I scored it a LOT. Super easy to do. Much cheaper and easier than using a jigsaw. Plexiglass jigsaw blades are far more expensive for a small project.

Purchased this to score plexiglass and it worked very well. Did have to hit it two or three times to get a clean break on 1/8 in material but not a big deal not sure how long it will stay sharp but I got my money out of it so far.
