Jigsaw broke on me, I cut six cuts then started hearing a rattle while cutting , turned it off s noticed the the shift had broke, how do I return it ?

Works very well, clean cuts and easy to control. I’ve used it on plywood as well as hardwood. Has tons of power even with the regular not stacked batteries. Blade changes are quick and easy, I would recommend to anybody needing a jigsaw.

This set offers a nice variety. And so far I've found them to work very well, and stay sharp for a good long time. Although as true with any cutting tool, if you are cutting steel use the correct blade and slow down the cutting speed.
