We purchased this hose and within about 2 months it began to leak. I contacted the company. I was told that that hose had been discontinued but was offered a comparable replacement hose for no charge. I am very happy with the company and their excellent customer support. I understand why they discontinued that hose because the new one seems to be much better quality.

Awesome! Easy to use. Doesn’t leak. Love that it is light weight, expands and is super flexible. Super easy to store. No more dealing with bulky, ridged rubber hoses that are heavy and take up so much space.

These do not last! I purchased three of these over the past 2.5 years for various homes.One sprung multiple leaks in the actual hose body and I chalked it up to perhaps a mouse got into my shed over the winter. Then this month I had two more fail and leak in the same places and these hoses were stored in my garage in FL and no chance a mouse got into my garage locker.Extremely disappointed as these were not inexpensive and now I have to replace all of them.

I have tried several types of hoses that would be easier for a 70 yr old arthritic type to use. This one is great. Worth the cost to me. So light weight. Hasn't kinked so far either. Would buy another immediately when this one wears out. To help mine last, i do hold it up as i put it away to drain the water out a bit and then drop it in a plastic box with lid. Afraid little critters would nibble on my cloth hose if i left it exposed.

This is the third Flexi hose that I’ve purchased and so far they’ve all held up and work as described. The spray attachment is plastic and feels a bit flimsy but they’re still working. It’s not underside but it doesn’t break the bank and beats dealing with clumsy rubber hoses.

The previous flex hoses I’ve used before only lasted a few years. This one I have just purchased and found the material is better as it doesn’t snag on cement like my previous ones did. It also has a removable sprayer which I can replace if necessary as the others did not. . This hose seems a higher quality than the other two I had to replace. One I bought last year the other a few years ago only to have both of hoses split. They were both stored indoors during the winter. And both were from a different manufacturer. This one seems it will last longer. I have been pleased with it so far.

I tried this hose because I was so sick of unwinding my traditional heavy hose from the hose-hangout and all the kinks that appeared over the years. It's so light an maneuverable compared to the traditional hose that it was a dream to use. Water pressure is fine for me.I had it just under a year when I noticed that something had punctured the hose and it was leaking. I contacted the seller and they sent me out a new one within the same week, I was very impressed. During the few days I was waiting for the replacement I tried the traditional hose again and after 5 minutes I vowed to never use a non-flexible hose again!In conclusion: I love the light weight and ease of getting it out of the hose hangout, along with the customer service. Just be careful dragging it near wooden steps...I think that's what caught and punctured mine.UPDATE: 1 star, it would be great if it could last. My original hose was punctured within a year, and they replaced it no questions asked. Now a few weeks ago the replacement's inner tube burst and no longer expands and contracts. It claims to never kink, but I got a kink and when trying to unwind it, it exploded. The company says there has been a change in ownership and referred me to their support, emailed them, heard nothing. So, I'm done with this particular brand. Will try to find a more reliable flexible hose.

This was the best hose I’ve ever owned, it’s super easy to put away, because it shrinks a third of its size, it’s very light weight.Unfortunately, it only lasted just as long as a cheap “regular†hose, about 2 years. It developed a small leak in the middle of the line, which was quite disappointed.Despite that, I love this hose so much I’m going to purchase another one, or see if there are similar ones of better durability.Edit: This product I found out has a lifetime warranty! I contacted flexihose and they are simply sending a new one. I’m very satisfied

Ich bin sehr zu Frieden komme in jeden Winkel meines Gartens damit und wenn die Saison vorbei ist hat er auch ein kl Packmaß um ihn wieder wegzupacken. Das einzige Manko ist das er sich gerne verdreht und die Brause ist meines Erachtens minderwertig

Der Schlauch machte auf den ersten Blick vom Textil her einen guten Eindruck, jedoch wird das Nylon unter Druck sehr dünn und somit wird der Innenschlauch scheinbar leicht verwundbar. Der Sprühkopf ist wie bei den Mitbewerbern nicht sehr hochwertig, was bei dem Preis schon schade ist.Leider ist der Schlauch nach einer Saison bereits an einigen Stellen bereits leicht undicht, so das der Innenschlauch Wasser durchlässig wird und durch das Nylon nach außen spritzt. Leider ist das Produkt daher nicht gerade sehr nachhaltig, da man ihn nicht reparieren / abdichten kann. Der Schlauch ist jedoch davon abgesehen sehr Platzsparend und Unterdruck dehnt er sich extrem und so kommt man sehr weit.
