1. If there are severe tangles, it should be neatly unrolled before use. Once the hose is pressurized, pulling it can effectively release any twists or kinks.
2. After finishing your watering, secure the hose to the provided holder or strap to prevent kinking or tangling. Store the hose properly for future use.
These simple measures can minimize problems with tangles, kinks, and knots.
NOTE: During operation, slight retraction of the hose may occur, which is normal. We've increased the original length of the hose to ensure it functions at its intended length under normal water pressure.

Really glad I purchased this hose. The length is 50 feet. The outside material is a high-density fabric which elevates the hose quality and very durable. I have had no kink resistance and it is very flexible. It is very lightweight which is portable and easy to store as well. It also comes with a nozzle that has 10 different spray functions.

I purchased this for my mother. This is a great product for the price . Its 25ft longer than her previous hose, incredibly light, and i love that i came with a handle to help store it. Even though we have hooks for the hose, the handle helps keep it organized

Only had this for a few days. So far no leaks, difficult to get straightened out after uncoiling it the first time but works nicely. Once water is in it it's heavy, of course, but less heavy than my old hose.

This hose is very light, compared to the rubber behemoths I usually use and, because of its diameter, is obviously meant for around the home/garden, wash the car, etc. It would not be a good choice for something like a pressure washer supply hose, for example. Besides being lightweight, the best part about this kit is the included nozzle and shut-off valve. Great spray patterns and you can swap the nozzle for a lawn sprinkler without having to shut it off at the faucet. The end connectors feel a bit thin to me, but they work fine so far (no deformation or leaks). I'll update the review if it doesn't hold up over time. The storage/carry band is an interesting innovation. It employs velcro. Because the hose is pretty floppy once the water pressure is gone, it is a little clumsy to try and wrap it nicely back up and then to close the velcro loop around it. Still, I like the idea. I got the shortest length available and couldn't detect any drop in water-pressure at the nozzle, but I would be cautious about ordering a 150' or even 100' version if you're on a well or if your incoming pressure is less than 60. However, all things considered, I feel comfortable recommending this product for what it's for and I'd buy another one.
