This lovely weighted lap blanket ticks all the right boxes for us.It measures 21" X 24" and weighs 5 pounds. We chose the lovely constellation pattern and the back is grey with little bumps that are there own sensory item as well - it feels nice to run your hand/fingers over them.The weight is well distributed and washes easily.We use this in the house as well as in the car and would happily get one for everyone in the house! The weight of it doesn't interfere with doing things or taking it with you - feels great across my shoulders as well.I highly recommend this weighted lap blanket =]

Wish the dimensions were a little smaller, but the weight is perfect for my 50lb 9yo child. Very soft and cozy feeling. Looks just as pictured.

My autistic son loves this lap blanket so much. The texture and weight helps him regulate and even keeps him at the dinner table just a little longer. It's small enough to carry around yet the perfect size and weight to actually work. Great product! Highly recommended! It is also good in the car for adults.

I have restless leg syndrome and a weighted blanket helps relieve my symptoms. I sometimes sleep in a call room in the hospital for work and have trouble sleeping due to my symptoms. I was looking for a small weighted blanket to put in my backpack to use for this situation. This product is perfect for this use. It is also compact enough to travel with compared to a full-size weighted blanket. The blanket is soft and the weight is well-distributed. The constellation pattern is a nice added touch. Very happy with my purchase.
