I haven't had this for very long but so far I love it. It's nice and small and manageable. Better than my old sifter with the handle. Screen is a good size and it does a good job. I wouldn't leave it in soapy water, may rust? I just wipe it out with a damp cloth.

I recently started milling my own flour. I've been making bread successfully with store bought flour for a long time. For some reason, I was having trouble getting enough loft on the whole wheat bread. I bought this sifter and tried it today. I'm very happy with the results on both the flour and especially the bread outcome! The sifter seemed to make the difference! I would recommend it!

I tried sifting with this and then resifting with a lab-grade 50mesh, and the 50 mesh caught a LOT of bran that went through this on a single pass. This appears to be about a 40 mesh seive, not what I was looking for, but I needed another 40, so I'm keeping it.
