The weight is just right stays in place. Put it in a pretty dish I had put in the flowers and added a pkg of small rocks to cover frog. Trim a little off the stems every couple of days flowers have lasted over a week.

This kenzan is very solid. The swords are steel and sturdy. They are easy to pin. Do need to be careful not to hurt the fingers when pinning. The base is quite heavy and can hold the arrangement down quite well. It’s not very big, more fitting for small arrangements.
