Installed them so the check engine light would not come on. Welded these into my test pipes. Cut down on the high pitch exhaust tone during cold starts. Reduced exhaust smell too.

This cats have a beautiful finish, nothing to do with advertising picture. YES, they are high flow, honeycomb inside is spot welded secured around the edge , and I feel highly satisfied with this purchase. It will not steal noticeable ammount of power , passages are wide enough , but the most important to me, it will take care of the exhaust fumes smell. Extremely recommended.

Looks like a great product. Shipping was very fast! Easy fitment. I installed them on my 2000 Chevy K2500 with the 454. Can notice better throttle response and they make the truck sound great with true dual exhaust and short glass packs. Would definitely recommend this product. Flowmaster is always a good brand

I'm sure this would be good for whatever you want to do but do not order this and expect your light to go off!! you either need the factory cat or cut the dang converter off and have your computer retuned like I'm doing on my 2004 Chevy 5.3.lol...it was $300 to just fix my factory cat or it was 500 to completely cut my cats off and run all new pipe from the cats all the way back to a 50 series dual in dual out woth turn Downs!..oh and a xpipe In there ....omg! So much happier...now I just need my computer tuned so my light will go off for good and then I will gain about another 75 horsepower cuz I swear this got me about 50!..without these cats. So don't waste money on these unless u have to ..other than that I'm still going to give them a good review Stars wise cuz I'm sure if you need them and they're going on in older pre odb2 car than their might work great but I order 2.5 s and got 3 inch cats instead cuz of mislabeling.erghhh..soo yea..make sure and read and know what ur doing !!!lol

If you want some decent high flow cats but you're worried about ordering these because they look ugly be advised that they do not look like the photo in this listing. They are a brushed stainless with a totally different shape. My only complaint about them is that they are a little bit of a sloppy fit on 2.5 OD tubing. That said, they weld up just fine.

The exhaust sounds great u can actually hear the stock cam at idle sounds way more aggressive if ur not a motor head and love the sound of a v8 then this is not for you but u live a sad life

These baby highflows seems to be of good quality but don't expect a Oem performance for filtering at this price range.I own a Audi S4 and installed test pipes with O2 spacers so i don't get code. Those who knows, test pipes on S4 sound incredibly loud and raspy. Obviously it was smelly too.These highflows helped a bit to lower the sound and the smell but still raspy AF and a tad smelly.5/5 on customer service from the seller.I had a rattling isssue with both of them and after contacting Northern performance, they could've take them back and credit me for new ones after inspection but i found out there was something in both my pipes so i'm all good.
