This set was exactly what I needed. It completely sealed the bottom of the tank and kept it stable and level! It's fantastic and much better quality than the last set I used, so I will certainly use this again in the future!

Works! Was able to repair and re-attach a toilet tank myself, when the old bolts/washers decayed and the tank started leaking.For some reason, one washer did not seal well and I had to overtighten it so that it's now concave. - It shouldn't be that way. I'm not sure if that was a fault in this hardware or the tank itself, or my installation of it, so I'm still giving 5 stars.My kit was also missing a piece, which I was not hapy about, but I ended up not needing it, so that was ok. (This kit comes with 3 bolt/washer sets, and one of mine was incomplete, but fortunately my tank only needed 2.)Overall, this kit worked great and I'm very happy to have found it.

Toilet was leaking between tank and bowl. Replaced the gasket and bolts and it stopped. Pretty simple. Hardest part was removing the rusted toilet bolts

This is the kit you want if the old tank screw bolts are rusted out and you want a top notch repair. This kit has everything you need to make a better tank to bowl connection than came with your toilet. To get a leak proof, lasting repair, use 2 of the brass screw head bolts and 6 of the metal and 6 of the rubber washes and 4 of the nuts, 2 with standard height, for under the bowl and 2 with narrow height, for under the tank. Turn off the water and flush the toilet, then sop out the remaining water inside the tank. Put a bath towel over the toilet seat, then unscrew the tank from the bowl, which probably has only 1 set of washers in the tank and another set under the toilet bowl. Lay the tank on top of the toilet seat to complete the new hardware installation. Replace the tank to bowl gasket and then proceed with the hardware. Put a new screw bolt, with 1 rubber and 1 metal washer, through the tank, then put 1 rubber and 1 metal washer on the screw bolt, under the tank. Now take 1 narrow height nut and tighten the screw to the tank on both sides, this is probably not the way it was before, but try it, you’ll like it. Now set the tank screw bolts through the holes in the bowel and slide on 1 rubber and metal washer and tighten in place on both sides, with the standard height nuts. Place a long level on top of the tank and adjust the level with the bottom bowl nuts. This tank to bowl installation is a modified configuration that will give you a leak free installation, lasting much longer than the original design.
