Waist and length have never matched for my son so I purchased the adult waist for him and shortened the legs big time.

These pants are a lighter material compared to other traditional taekwondo uniforms. The lightweight material would be nice in the warmer months. Keep in mind though that these pants, specifically the waistband, runs small you will want to size up to ensure that you can move properly.

Good quality for 7yr old son in Karate. Also much cheaper than purchasing from the directly Karate club.

Our tall lanky son has outgrown his uniform pants; the only option through the TKD school it a full uniform (top and bottom), but he really doesn't need an entire new uniform yet. This is a decent alternative for pants-only. Doesn't match the fabric for the top, but works for him for now.

Quality of the material was good but the size was completely off. The inseam was totally disproportionate to the rest of the pant.

I looked up the sizing by the included chart. When I received a size 6 it would have fit my 6 yr old daughter in the waist without falling off in the smallest position and might have fit me when I was a skinny 16 yr old in the stretched out position. The length was great. The material was great. I believe that if you have the build of a 6'+ female supermodel with an eating problem this is the perfect item for you. If you are a 6' male with a dad body get something else.
